Currently the United States Post Office is our Exclusive Shipper of Choice for US & International Orders.

Our System is updated daily and includes actual USPS shipping Cost on some items a small handling fee may be accessed.

Our online system should calculate actual shipping cost for international orders, in some cases we will contact you with your actual shipping cost prior to shipping your order if the cost changes.

Please note that shipments from the United States to other countries may involve taxes, import duties, customs-related fees, or other charges beyond our control for which the recipient is responsible. Please be assured that we do not receive any portion of any fees that you may be required to pay in connection with import taxes or duties imposed by your government.

Please also note that because of the difficulty in verifying credit cards issued outside the United States and Canada, orders with non-US or Canadian credit cards may require a wire transfer of funds.

We pride ourselves on a complete inventory and prompt shipping. Most orders are shipped within one business day!

In general, your shipment will usually arrive between two and eight business days after you place your order, depending on where you live.

You may return most items sold through the Montgomery Technology, Inc. Electronic Store within 7 Business Days of delivery for a full refund.

ONLY items with the description of 'RMA - Eligible' (Return Merchandise Eligible) can be returned. All other items i.e. software, hosting or other non-durable items are AUTOMATICALLY NOT AVAILABLE FOR RETURN OR REFUNDS.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

• Any item that is returned after 7 Business days after delivery to the buyer.
• Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, or software that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
• Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
• Any Item not having 'RMA - Eligible' in its product description at the time of purchase.

Upon returning items please acquire a tracking number to ensure safe arrival to our facility. Montgomery Technology, Inc, is not responsible for items not received or lost in transit.
