You may return most items sold through the Montgomery Technology, Inc. Electronic Store within 7 Business Days of delivery for a full refund.
ONLY items with the description of 'RMA - Eligible' (Return Merchandise Eligible) can be returned. All other items i.e. software, hosting or other non-durable items are AUTOMATICALLY NOT AVAILABLE FOR RETURN OR REFUNDS.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned after 7 Business days after delivery to the buyer.
- Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, or software that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
- Any Item not having 'RMA - Eligible' in its product description at the time of purchase.

Please Note: Original shipping cost will not be refunded to the purchaser nor will the cost of shipping the Returned item back to our facility.
Upon returning items please acquire a tracking number to ensure safe arrival to our facility. Montgomery Technology, Inc, is not responsible for items not received or lost in transit.
